13 Chakra System
This is probably going to sound like some hippy-dippy Baloney. Lord Business is warning you.
If you’re just starting your spiritual journey you may not know about Chakras. If you’re into Yoga, mediation, Hinduism or Buddhism you might know about some of them. There are multiple chakra systems taught. If your already familiar with the Seven Chakras then some of this is going to be repetition.
The one I know that covers all of the chakras, both in and outside of the body is often know as 13 chakra system. If you have Triskaidekaphobia (fear of the number 13), please relax, there are actually 14 chakras (the Heart Chakra is technically 2 in one). If you confused, I’m going to try and clear that up for you.
So what are Chakras? Its a Hindustani (Hindu/ People who religiously practice Hinduism) and or Buddhist ideal that each of the body centers of spiritual power in and around the body have a circle or wheel. Its an idea that’s used for visualizations for each of these energy centers.
Chakras are wheels or circles of energy that are supposed to be constantly turning. They are supposed to be aligned with the spine from the base of the spine to the top of the head.
These wheels or circles contain Prana/Chi/Qi, the inner energy and help us maintain the mind-body connections. The Seven chakra System is color coded in the ROY G BIV system in case you can’t remember the names. Each chakra has an physical location, easy ways to realign and some crystals, Semi-precious stones & fossils that can help as well.
Since all energy has a vibration, you also see the Solfeggio Frequencies listed. In case you’ve never heard about these frequencies its okay. I’ll explain briefly what they are and what they can help with, if you want to do some digging for information you’ll have something to put in the search bar.
Solfeggio Frequencies are a form of sound therapy that gives the body a opportunity to restore and balance. These are specific sound patterns. This isn’t a new idea, it goes back to the Greeks, its your ol’ G boi, Pythagoras.
Man was living in 500 to 490 BCE but thinking like he was in 2050. We still talkin’ about blud in the 21st Century.
It took Dr. Joseph Puleo rediscovering the science behind the philosophy in the 1970s. Then Dr. Glen Reins to conduct research on the frequencies and what effect they had on the human body. It turns out that there are some frequencies that can help and harm health and general wellness. These sound patterns can have positive mental, emotional & physical effects. Things like relaxation, calm, stress relief and better sleep.
I’m also including the Platonic Solids. If you are confused. Don’t be, I’m about yo give you the TL/DR version. This again goes back to the Ancient Greeks, specifically Pythagoras. He’s the blud responsible for √A² + √B² = C² [Pythagorean Theorem]. {Geometry Equation that the sum of the squares on the legs of a right triangle is equal to the square on the hypotenuse.}
Platonic Solids are any of the five geometric solids whose faces are all identical, regular polygons meeting at the same three-dimensional angles. Also known as the five regular polyhedrons, they consist of the tetrahedron (or pyramid), cube, octahedron, dodecahedron, and icosahedron. I’m going to delve into this on another page so this doesn’t get any longer.
Okay getting back to the chakras, where do the other Seven come from? The late 1990s, a guy named Rudolf Steiner considered the chakra system to be dynamic and evolving. He suggested that the system has become different for modern people. Its supposed to get more complex as we evolve further.
Please note as for the Crystals, Semi-Precious Stones & Fossils, if you have them great. The size of your crystals and stones doens’t matter. You could have a Huge Geode or you can have chips or tiny stones. And yes jewelry totally counts for precious metals and the natural stone. If you don’t have a specific one you can always substitute a clear quartz in place of something that you don’t have. I know as a crystal healer that some are super hard to find or super expensive due to the rarity of them. Don’t discount a selection of smaller raw/polished chips or stones. They maybe small, but they can add up. Another page on its own coming.

Earth Gateway Chakra
Color: Gray
Location: 15 Inches below your feet
Frequencies: 272 Hertz
Element: Earth

The bottom most chakra is known as the “Earth Gateway“. This chakra often gets lumped in with the next chakra up, The Earth Star. If you’re assigning a color to it go with Gray. Its located about 15 inches below your feet. This is our connection to Mother Earth. This chakra helps keep you grounded/rooted, calm, aware and focused.
This chakra is often used as a grounding or rooting point. That means that if you visualize yourself growing roots out of the bottom of your feet and they grow downward into the earth. Your energy will rise if you tune your electromagnetic frequency to that of the planet. This can help you rid yourself of negative energies by picturing the roots pushing out bad energy and absorbing good energy from the earth.
Don’t be concerned about riding yourself of the negative energy. I know Momma Earth has a lot to deal with (Pollution, the growth of the human race, etc.), but she knows know to change or transmute the bad energy into good energy.
To Balance: If you want to refresh or connect with this chakra go out side, take a walk, take a walk barefoot (depending on the temperature and insects outside), go on a hike, meditate in front of a tree, walk around your house barefoot, Wear Earthy colors
Earth Star Chakra /Vasundhara (Va-und-hara)
Color: Brown/ Dark Grey/Maroon
Location: Just below the souls of your feet
Frequency: 272 Hertz
Element: Earth

The Earth Star Chakra connects us the the earth physically. It keeps ups neutral, this returns the energy flow to the frequency it should be. Its located under the soles of your feet. This chakra is responsible for protecting us from negative side effects of thoughts, feelings and events. Sometimes the Earth Gateway and Earth Star get combined or amalgamated together.

Root Chakra /Muladhara (Mul-had-ara)
Color: Red
Location: The bottom of your spine

Sacral Chakra / Svadhisthana (Savd-vitst-ana)
Color: Orange
Location: Between Belly Button and Pelvis (Hips) bottom
Frequency: 480 Hertz
Element: Fire

The Sacral Chakra determines our creativity, sexuality and fertility. When we use these skills we release endorphins (Happy chemical) Its also our energy production storage system. This is how we generate the energy of every moment we live in.
To Balance: Eat orange foods, write your feelings out on paper, get comfortable with stillness or mindfulness, drink water, appreciate the simple things, & body appreciation, wear orange colors
Solar Plexus Chakra /Manipura (Mani-purr-a)
Color: Yellow
Location: Around the waist
Frequency: 528 Hertz
Element: Fire

Heart Chakra /Anahata (Ana-hata)
Color: Green (lower heart), Pink (higher heart)
Location: The breastbone or Sternum

The heart chakra can be broken down into two chakras. The Lower Heart (Anahata) and the Upper/Higher Heart (Kutnohorite).
The Lower Heart is located where your actual heart is located. This is all about the love, flow and exchange of emotions between us all.
The Upper/Higher Heart chakra is the spiritual Heart or your aura heart. It connects emotions of Divine Love, compassion, truth and forgiveness. Spoken words resonate here.

Throat Chakra /Vishudda (Viz-shoe-da)
Color: Blue, Turquoise
Location: Thyroid or just below the jaw bone
Frequency: 672 Hertz
Element: Air

Location: Right between the eyes
