Genral Packaging Info

Please note that once your order is picked up by USPS/FedEx/UPS/DHL we are no longer in control of what happens between our shop and your mailbox. Here are some tips to ensure things go as smoothly as possible. We recommend placing your order well in advance of when you require it or bumping up your shipping service to Overnight/Next Day Priority. While USPS  does their best to stay within their estimated time frames sometimes things go wrong and errors can occur. Your package may be in a sorting facility for an extra day or 2 or get stuck at customs, it’s sometimes unavoidable. Plan ahead whenever you can and keep in touch with us if there’s some information we may need to better help you. You can do that via the contact form on the Contact page.

 Are sending items as gifts? Please let us know! We love that you selected us to help celebrate an occasion! We can make it extra, if you let us know ahead of time.

Sanitization

In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint we do recycle small zipper plastic bags and cardboard boxes. These will be wiped down inside as well as outside with a sanitizing wipe before items are placed inside.

All items ordered from us will go thought the following sanitation procedures:

  • Come from a smoke-free, COVID free environment.
  • Anyone packing herbs will be wearing nitrile gloves (the same that many medical professionals use).
  • All tools used to package herbs are lab quality and have been cleaned with a soap and water solution, a Sonic cleaner as well as a UV Sanitation.
  • Some tools are designated to a specific herb due to the ability to be toxic, irritant and to avoid cross contamination.
  • Anything TOXIC or an Irritant will be noted on the individual herbs.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

If you are planning on returning an item(s) please know that it:

  • Must be unopened & product seal(s) must not be broken.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Your item must be in the original packaging
  • Also will need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
 

‼️ Opened Items that cannot be returned or exchanged as they are intended to be sold just once for sanitary reasons. ‼️

🚫 Any items returned after 14 days are not eligible for a refund. 🚫

Shipping

 

  • Double check your cart to make sure you have all the right quantities, colors, styles, items, etc that you want to purchase.
  • Review your shipping and contact information before purchasing your treasures to ensure everything that needs to be there is and that it’s correct. Check things like, postal code, unit or apartment number/letter, email address, street direction/quadrant (ex: 17th Avenue Southeast or SE).
  • Are you sending someone a gift? Make sure your recipients shipping address is correct and that the right billing address is added. You can also send us an email to let us know your order is a gift so we do not include a receipt and maybe add a little note for you. 🥳 🎁 We love that you chose us to send people gifts!
  • For those last minuet shoppers: You know who you are. 😉 Please be aware that express/overnight/next day shipping is going to cost more. And for the love everything if you placed an order between US Thanksgiving and New Years anticipate that gifts can shipped may be delivered late.

  • Did you place an order on or around a holiday recognized in the US? If you did please be aware that the holiday and a few days leading up to (or after) may not be day(s) that the USPS may/may not be working.   • What are the Bank Holidays in the US? US Bank holidays more often that not match up with the USPS Holiday Schedule. This can effect the processing of purchases and returns.
